All orders placed through our website are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR) and may change without prior notice.

Clients are responsible for ensuring that all artwork, content, dimensions, spelling, and details submitted are correct before final approval. Soweto Graphics will not be held liable for errors approved by the client.

Production timelines are estimates and may vary depending on workload, supplier delays, or unforeseen circumstances. Ownership of final designs remains with Soweto Graphics until full payment is received.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

We collect personal information such as your name, contact details, delivery address, and payment-related information solely for the purpose of processing orders, communication, and service improvement.

Your information will not be sold, shared, or distributed to third parties, except where required to complete your order (e.g. couriers or payment processors) or where required by law.

By using our website, you consent to the collection and use of your information in accordance with this policy.

Due to the custom nature of our services (design, printing, and branded materials), returns and refunds are not offered once production has started.

Refunds may only be considered if:
- An order was cancelled before production began, or
- There is a proven defect or error caused by Soweto Graphics.

Any issues must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the order, accompanied by clear proof (photos or description). Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method.

At Soweto Graphics, we are committed to delivering your orders safely and on time. Please read our delivery terms below.

1. Processing Time
All orders are processed after:
Full payment has been received, and
Final artwork/design has been approved.
Production times vary depending on the service requested. Clients will be informed of the estimated turnaround time before production begins.

2. Delivery Options
We offer the following delivery methods:
Collection (Free) – Clients may collect orders from our premises once notified that the order is ready.
Local Delivery – Available within Soweto and surrounding areas (delivery fee may apply).
Courier Delivery – Nationwide delivery via trusted courier partners. Courier fees are calculated based on size, weight, and destination.

3. Delivery Timeframes
Delivery times depend on your location and the courier service used. Once your order has been dispatched, you may receive tracking details (where applicable).
Soweto Graphics is not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier companies, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Delivery Costs
Delivery fees are calculated separately from production costs unless otherwise stated in your quotation. The client is responsible for all delivery charges unless agreed otherwise in writing.

5. Incorrect Delivery Information
Clients must ensure that the delivery address and contact details provided are accurate. Soweto Graphics will not be responsible for delays or additional charges resulting from incorrect information.

6. Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving your delivery.
Provide clear photos and your order details so we can investigate and resolve the issue promptly.

7. Risk & Ownership
Risk passes to the client upon collection or once the order has been handed over to the courier for delivery.
